We are excited to support the American Telemedicine Association’s (ATA) 4th annual Telehealth Awareness Week, taking place from September 15-21, 2024. This week-long event highlights how virtual care improves access to quality healthcare for all communities.

Cornerstone Whole Healthcare Organization will be celebrating by introducing the Idaho Telehealth Alliance (ITA) with a mission of improving collaboration among organizations and key stakeholders to advocate for and support the advancement of virtual care and telehealth benefitting all Idahoans.

Integrated Behavioral Health Collaborative

Join the Integrated Behavioral Health Collaborative!

By focusing on the integration of behavioral health into primary care settings and the development of value-based contracting frameworks, we aim to enhance patient care and operational efficiency by increasing the number of providers trained and supported in IBH models through the development of an alternative payment model.

By joining the Collaborative you will gain access to our first session in Pocatello, ID where you can collaborate with peers, cultivate integrated care models, and align with value-based care. More sessions across Idaho to be announced soon!

Suicide Prevention PROSPER Training - 3.5 CEU/CMEs

Attendees will learn how to reduce suicide risk in Pocatello in simple, practical ways, ensuring that Pocatello and its youths have the best chances of prospering. Invest in Pocatello’s future; we will be part of the solution together.

Harm Reduction / NARCAN Training - 3 CEU/CMEs

Attendees will learn practical strategies for reducing the negative consequences of substance use and how to effectively administer Narcan in overdose situations. Join us to empower yourself with the knowledge and skills needed to support individuals in your community facing substance use challenges.
