Cindy Brock is a Program Policy Analyst with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare’s, Division of Medicaid. She is a policy analyst specializing in telehealth, primary care, EPSDT and the Children’s Health Insurance Program. She has been with the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare for 18 years. Her dedication to her work originates from her own background as a former parent of at-risk children and enjoys her work serving as the Medicaid collaborative liaison.
