April Auker is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 24 years of professional experience April’s work at the Department of Health and Welfare in the past 24 years began in Children and Family Services as a Safety Assessor, a Case Manager in Children’s Mental Health where April facilitated Parenting with Love and Limits, supports social workers through Clinician Supervision and was the Program Specialist for Youth Empowerment Services and currently is a TCOM Program Specialist in the Center of Excellence. Molly Perotti is a Transformational Collaborative Outcome Management (TCOM) Human Services Program Specialist (HSPS) with The Center of Excellence, Idaho Department of Health and Welfare. Molly has served as a CANS Trainer since April of 2019 and has been CANS certified since 2016. Molly’s role is to provide training and support for TCOM tools in Idaho. Molly is a Licensed Clinical Social worker and her work experience includes historical knowledge as a Wraparound HSPS, Team Lead with Children’s Mental Health, Case Manager, and Lead Permanency Worker in Child Welfare.
