Rachel Blanton is the Chief Officer of Innovation and Operations with Cornerstone Whole Healthcare Organization, INC (C-WHO). At C-WHO, Rachel focuses on aligning community and clinical resources to better serve individuals, families, and neighborhoods in rural and marginalized settings. Ms. Blanton has a strong background in public health and healthcare administration, coming to C-WHO from Idaho where she focused on healthcare innovation in local public health as a part of the Statewide Healthcare Innovation Plan. Rachel also has a background in academic research focused on quality of life and pediatric care supports. She is passionate about the opportunity to connect organizations, community members, administrators, and clinicians as they all work to navigate healthcare transformation through local leadership, shared vision, and a dedication to the community. She also loves to spend time throwing rocks in ponds with her kids and hiking with her dogs and husband in the mountains of Colorado.
